RIP Senator Edward "Ted" Kennedy

RIP Senator Edward "Ted" Kennedy

At the age of 77 Senator Ted Kennedy has lost his battle to brain cancer just weeks after the death of his sister Eunice Kennedy Shriver. My heart goes out to the whole Kennedy family who released this statement:

"We've lost the irreplaceable center of our family and joyous light in our lives, but the inspiration of his faith, optimism, and perseverance will live on in our hearts forever," the statement said. "We thank everyone who gave him care and support over this last year, and everyone who stood with him for so many years in his tireless march for progress toward justice, fairness and opportunity for all."

It's funny cause when you're younger you know someone dies, but it doesn't really phase you. But I'm honestly sad that he has died. He was a great man loved by many.

In 2008 he helped endorse President Obama in the presidential race. Obama just so happened to be on vacation near the Kennedy residence. He released this statement:

“An important chapter in our history has come to an end. Our country has lost a great leader, who picked up the torch of his fallen brothers and became the greatest United States Senator of our time,” words straight from our President, Barack Obama.

MJ and family.

I really think its ridiculous how much stuff is coming out about Michael Jackson and his kids and all that. I understand that he's the King Of Pop but just let the man rest in peace already it's been 2 months and he's still not buried. Just let it be. Let his kids be. If he was still alive none of these people would probably give a damn about those kids.
